This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a power banks over a month and a half ago — still no delivery, and this is within the U.S.! Their customer support is a disaster: they reply to emails once every 10 days (if you’re lucky), and every time it’s some useless excuse with zero progress. Honestly, you’d be better off buying their products through legit marketplaces or third-party sellers — at least they know how to ship something on time and handle customer issues like professionals. Buying directly from this site? Total regret. Never again.
