Do not buy from “turn me royal”
If I could give a negative star I would!!! First off there is no “artist” making your portrait. It’s computer generated and it’s usually crap the first time you see it. I ordered a portrait for a Father’s Day present for my father in law. He was flying in to our state to spend Father’s Day with us and I ordered him a portrait 2 1/2 weeks prior to his visit. I approved the 2nd draft of portrait and was never sent a tracking number. I wrote to the company multiple times and received a “all is well” response. Then later in the day I received another email saying my ordered had been canceled due to an address error. They just cancelled my order and never notified me!!!! They said they would remake my order and send it out. Two days go by and no tracking number!!!! I email the company 3 more times and I’m finally told”we are sorry but it doesn’t look like it will make it on time” PLEASE do not order from this company, they lie and don’t help fix the problem!!!
