I was using this game booster for over 9months now and planned to extend to 1 year and use a coupon. However, I didn't know they had auto renewal on, and it was just charged for another 3 months like my previous subscription, it was 3 days before the expiration. So, I immediately went to their support to ask for a refund because I plan to buy the 1 year subscription. Disappointing enough, they did not reply for the duration of that 3 days, and only replied 6 days after my initial contact. They said they could not provide any refund because the subscription is now in use. Like, what the hell? Its in use because you did not reply within the day of my complaint. This is a scam behavior and should not be patronized. They have the worst support team that doesnt even know some of the uses of their client launcher. If you don't want to get stressed with substandard support, you better off finding another game booster.
