Awful customer service experience. Zero support
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Low quality hair and shady merchant!!! I bought a wig and I didn’t like it, so I requested a return. It’s been two days of no response from them. I called them several times but they’re not answering calls either, and they did not try to reach out after getting my emails and voicemail messages. UPDATE: They finally responded after I stalked their post on IG! And it took two weeks of back and forth to get them to send the return address, I also had to agree to pay shipping cost. The wig was successfully delivered to them on June 27th, today is July 5th and they have not responded to my email nor confirmed receipt of the wig, and no refund was processed yet. I waited too long for Paypal dispute, so I just filed dispute with my bank to get my refund!!!
