Repeated issues with data and platform
Repeated issues with data and platform. I had 3 cases where I attempted to place a trade and account was locked, which caused a lost "winning trade" and forced me to contact support. Although not a major issue, I was always left wondering if it was going to work. Additionally, in one case, I opened a trade and was immediately down $1000 on my prop as the data feed was incorrect versus what was actually occurring in the market. Out of 4 or 5 continuous issues, they did offer an account reset once but not for the other times. And the last issue (another account lock) occurred the day my account was due for renewal! For FYI, I was using Jigsaw to make my trades and using Rithmic for data. Too many issues and coincidence for me at this time.
