This company is terrible.
Unless you are willing to wait 6+ weeks for your items, do not order from here. The website is misleading about how long orders take to be shipped. I placed my order on May 5th 2025. Once I realized it was being shipped from Hong Kong I asked to cancel the order. That was on May 7th 2025. They replied on May 8th that the order had already been shipped (even though the tracking number showed it had not.) I pointed this out to them and they claimed the tracking information was incorrect. They then sent me an email on MAY 13 2025 saying my order was SHIPPED! So they lied to me about it being shipped in the first place! It is now June 13 and I still have not received my package. Their customer service is also awful and from everything I've read, you have to pay for return shipping. Read the reasons you are "allowed" to return an item also. They are totally ridiculous. Update 6/30/2025 - Just adding to say my items have still not arrived. Its been 2 months. Update 7/7/2025 - Items finally arrived. Poor quality, does not match photos. Not surprised after all this.
