I had a horrible experience and complained to customer service Three weeks later i got a txt message at FOUR IN THE MORNING. Responded please don't contact me again and why would you think it was ok to txt at 4am and wake me up. One hour later i got an apology txt WAKING ME UP AGAIN so i went off on them and yesterday again i received a txt in the middle of the night
