Low quality
Initially, I was really happy with the jeans cause they fit me well and were comfortable. However, after only 3 months they already tore at the thighs. The jeans costs over 90 euros so I expected better quality. I sent multiple emails to customer service asking if there was a possibility for compensation, but never received an answer. Edit: Dear fitjeans, Thank you for your response. I have checked my email (including spam), but have never received any messages.
