A bunch of Chinese scam artists
A bunch of Chinese scam artists. I bought 4 contacts, they pretended and made it seem like the package was on the way. 41 days later there was no update from shipping for a whole two weeks. Customer service tried to lie and say they spoke to shipper to expedite shipping. Two weeks later, no update. I emailed again for refund. They said their policy won’t let them but they will resend my order and I can pick a free pair. I said only if they expedite shipping and they responded they couldn’t but they wouldn’t give me my refund back. So, I took it to instagram and commented my experience to warn others of these scammers and they kept deleting my comments. I kept posting comments to their page to the point where they sent me a DM trying to give me the same excuse. I said no I want my money back. No response. Kept posting comments so they realized it wasn’t going to work with me so they finally returned my money. Days later I checked the shipping just to see and IT SAID DELIVERED WHEN IT WASNT!! No where to be found!!! So imagine if I had waited to accepted their offer to resend, I would be waiting for another 41+ days. BEWARE AND DONT FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS.
