The 1st time i bought a bag it had stains in the interior, customer service was nice to allow me to return and refund. Their professionalism was superb. My 2nd order for another bag was unfortunately out of stock after i placed the order. What amazed me was their constant update on the bag status. I was hoping my 3rd order would not have any glitch. I really appreciate it when someone called to update on the bag's condition. This is beyond my expectation, their professionalism and commitment are truly commendable and make a difference.I wish that all customer service in Sg would go to the extra mile like them:) I receive my bag today delivered by Jaslyn with some surprise treats. Thank you Jaslyn for going to the extra mile. It didn't go unnoticed. Keep up your great work :)
