Hans is a great broker -- always reachable and always replies on time, and addresses concerns properly. Would have given a 5 star rating if not for the ff concerns: - called the hotline 12 August of last year re an outpatient claim/reimbursement to be filed, and the i was told that I will receive an email advise re the next steps, which I did not receive until 3 September, quite a lengthy amount of time between the call made and the email sent - The claimable amount was minimal so I decided not to proceed with the claim anymore. Just pointing this out to help improve your clients' future claims experience - On another note, when I renewed my premiums for another year, I found the interface quite confusing and mistakenly paid for all the quarterly premiums at once, instead of enrolling for auto-charge quarterly payments like I did the previous year. I had to seek assistance from Hans to correct this transaction. Perhaps you can improve the user interface to avoid future similar incidents
