Honestly 1* is too generous
Honestly 1* is too generous, ordered x2 football tops, came completely the wrong colour and sent proof compared to the original version and DH Gate have NOT been helpful at all. I messaged the seller right away with pics and they replied saying will a full refund be ok. I said that’s all I want and send me a return label to send the tops back. They then ignored me and it’s been over 2 months now. I messaged DH Gate who has repeatedly ignored me and my bank have contacted them. They eventually after a month replied to my bank saying the transaction was correct and they don’t see a problem. Clearly people working or selling on DH Gate are nothing but colour blind 🤦🏼♂️ honestly they’re cheap for a reason and shocking customer service. Order number :- 320038845972
