DO NOT BOOK!!! I recently booked to stay at the new Dorsett Canary Wharf Hotel, I booked for the 1/08/2025 - 03/08/2025 their opening weekend. After I had confirmed my booking and paid in full, I received a confirmation email which contained a different address to what was advertised, both the hotel website and booking.com had an address which was in Covent Garden, where I was looking to stay, when I contacted the hotel there was nothing they could do as I had already paid in full. As I am a fairly reasonable person I let this go as although it was not in the desired location as stated, it was easier to get the tube than to try and take it any further with the hotel. Now a little over a month till my stay my reservation has been cancelled, this is the second time I have been let down by the same hotel. No compensation was offered only a simple apology which will now most likely cost me more than double to book a hotel in the same area with such short notice.
