Responsive Helpline!
I was looking for a reliable esim for my trip to Thailand. I stumbled across JetPac Travel and they had reasonable prices. I purchased 3x packs and gifted 2 to my family members the night before the flight. The activation was very simple but we encountered an issue with sim error, 2 sims were unable to activate when we landed so I decided to contact the helpline. My experience with the helpline was extremely smooth! Jay first greeted me and helped me sort out the issue within the first 10 minutes and I had no further issues the rest of my trip. They are very responsive and thorough, replaced the esim almost immediately. I then requested for invoice and receipt at the end of my trip, was helped out by Randy and everything was completed within 5 minutes. Overall, I would purchase from Jetpac again despite the initial tumble.
