I ordered a custom dress, arrived too big, they refused to acknowledge it even after send in images, refused to refund, had to escalate to PayPal, only then they agreed to refund once the condition the dress was sent back to CHINA, at my cost. They should take accountability for their mistake but they didn’t. Customer service is appalling no customer service, stay away
