Beware of this scam of a website
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this website and would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing anything from them. I ordered a laptop expecting a smooth and reliable service, but instead, I was met with repeated delays and a complete lack of transparency. There was no clear communication about when my order would actually arrive, and every update felt vague or unhelpful. After waiting far longer than promised, I became so frustrated that I had no choice but to cancel the order altogether. What’s even worse is what happened next. Despite canceling, I still have not received my refund. Instead of taking responsibility, the company is now trying to shift the blame onto me by telling me to contact my bank. This is completely unacceptable—processing refunds is their responsibility, not mine. Overall, this experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and incredibly frustrating. Poor customer service, failure to deliver on promises, and refusal to properly handle refunds are major red flags. I would not recommend this website to anyone.
