Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and No Accountability
My personal experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a birthday cake online and applied a discount code, which was accepted. I paid the discounted amount online and planned to collect the cake at 7:00 PM. However, around 5:40 PM, I received a call saying there was a “computer glitch” on discount code and my order had been cancelled. They told me I would need to pay the remaining discounted amount to proceed. I agreed and said I would pay at the collection point. The person on the call said they would get back to me, but never did. When I went to the shop, there was no cake, no order nothing. I tried contacting customer service multiple times called for nine days, messaged on WhatsApp for nine days, and still no proper response. This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t treat customers with respect or responsibility. I never received my cake or a refund, and I got no proper explanation or apology. Completely unacceptable.
