Requesting Fair Resolution After One Year of Inactivity
I purchased my account from FundedX a year ago when services were still active for Afghanistan. A few months later, support was cut off for our country. After discussions with support, we agreed that I could complete KYC if I traveled abroad. Unfortunately, due to the difficult situation in Afghanistan, I couldn’t make it — as you may understand, legal travel is not easy for us. Now it’s been a full year. My account is still active and untouched. I’m currently trading at max allocation with Funding Pips ($300K) and I’m serious about my trading career. I’d love to work with FundedX again. So please — either restore access or process a full refund. Looking forward to a fair and professional resolution.
