Melissa at Hometap is very good at what she does she was A1! to work with. She was patient and we felt like she was on our side the entire way. HomeTap is doing a great job with this. We tried a conventional HELOC and not only did it take forever, the bank gave us a negative outcome. Nothing has changed and Hometap helped. Very Simple process.
