This is a review for my second order. Experience from the first order I had tracking issues day one. Same for this order it happens time to time but again this is my second order. Overall experience was poor you can get a response on small issues but bigger issues it’ll take a week. Trying to fix an issue has taken over a week with one email a day there’s no sense of urgency. I’m overall done with the matter issues resolved or not.
I had a 200$ order, my house address receipt is correct address and everything. I emailed to tell them that the order should have been delivered on a Saturday. Real excited Friday I looked and seen it was roughly an hour or two away from my address okay maybe a day or two it’ll be here. Saturday morning I looked and they shipped it to China! I emailed the company about it and got told “I could patiently wait for my order.” Bit disappointed and disrespectful in my opinion. No answer other than I can wait. I already placed another order I hope it doesn’t happen again. Still I could have went without the rude remark. Any other company would say sorry for the inconvenience and a give an actual reason for it. Anyhow could have been a mistake they happen. But still rude and bad experience for a first order.
