Olivenorma is a total SCAM. Do your research first! They have been so dishonest, they should be removed from the Internet.
Wrong bracelet from Olivenorma
Olivenorma is not a trustworthy company and does not keep their word. I ordered a clear, smokey quartz bracelet in Sept. I received after waiting about three weeks, two bracelets I did not order or want. I let them know about this and, they told me that they were aware of the mix-up in my order and said the wrong order slipped through before they could catch it. They went on informing me that the correct bracelet would be sent. Today is Oct. 6, and, I am informed by them today that they have "no record of my transaction".
I have tried to order about ten times…
I have tried to order about ten times the same item but ckout not functioning despite my numerous replies. Finally, they changed their ckout form. However, after attempts, still problems with it. At tippity end processing circle never stopped. Then tried again. Their reply said, contact your bank which I did. Bank said everything "ok". Also, I cleared all searches. Tried again, and at end it would not accept submit, jumped BK to incorrect email, which it five times, and my email was correct.
More live help.
I have tried to twice, but, difficulty in ckg. out both times. Ditto for Julia.com, so, no sale.
