Kaitty is the best!
Kaitty is a customer service superstar! 10 stars for her. She was quick to respond to my emails, extremely knowledgeable, proactive, and saved me money. It pays to call in before placing your order! The product is being installed as I type this, so I don't have experience with it as my shower wall yet. However, it looks great. Nailed the look of acoustic paneling, yet made it waterproof. As an audio engineer, this is very appealing to me. Not that it has acoustic properties in the shower, but I dig the vibe. I would order from WVH again. That's a no brainer.
