SEAGM Is a Scam – They Took My Money and Refuse to Refund It
This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. SEAGM took my money, refused to process the order properly, and now they are holding my funds hostage. They are completely ignoring my request for a refund and hiding behind nonsense excuses. Here is exactly what happened. I placed an order and paid for it expecting to receive the product I paid for. After taking the money, SEAGM suddenly demanded identity verification. This was never made clear or required before payment. They waited until after the money was taken to start asking for documents. I chose not to proceed with their forced verification process. That is my right as a customer. No company has the right to demand personal documents if the customer is not comfortable providing them. The only logical and ethical thing to do at that point is cancel the order and issue a refund. Instead, SEAGM flat-out refused to return my money. Their support team gives generic and useless replies with no explanation, no accountability, and no real customer care. They are operating like scammers. You cannot take someone’s money, refuse the product, and also refuse the refund. That is theft. Pure and simple. SEAGM is not a trustworthy company. They are abusing customers who don’t want to hand over their personal information and then using that as an excuse to keep the money. Avoid this platform at all costs. If you value your money and your privacy, stay away. I will be reporting this to my bank and payment provider, and I will continue to warn others about this fraudulent behavior. And to SEAGM support: feel free not to reply to this review with your usual automated message saying that I can request verification. Yes, you can request whatever you want — but you cannot force people to verify themselves if they don’t want to. You already took my money, and now you are just making excuses. Stop hiding behind copy-paste replies and do the right thing.
