No response from customer service
I ordered a top and sweater, both in xl. The top was nice. However, the sweater was very tiny, nowhere near xl. It was not knitted like the photo; instead a felt material with the pattern printed on the felt. I contacted the email on the website to arrange a return, which they state they will pay for shipping when it’s their issue. They never respond. I’ve resubmitted the email 3 times. Their customer service solution is to ignore the problem. Next step is my credit card company.
