Poor Quality , Late Delivery , Poor Customer Service- no empathy
I’m not sure where to begin. This is the worst service I have received all my life ! 1. I bought a gift for Father’s Day to be delivered before the date and it was delivered to me 5 days after Father’s Day had passed 2. The product was of very low quality for the price it was placed at . 3. The names of my kids were arranged in a wrong format. 4. Emails were not responded to on time and it totally lacked empathy and was insensitive when it finally came. Their feedback meant they could care less as my purchase was not worth a good amount. I spent a hard earned £28.90 and I feel very cheated and maltreated .I am definitely not buying from Jesse made ever again.
