Extremely Disappointed – Still Waiting for Mousepad After 2 Months!
placed an order with ATK (Order #ATKGR14221) which included the Leviathan Mousepad, added on April 23, 2025. I made the additional payment right away, and by April 28, I received confirmation that the mouse had shipped and that the mousepad would follow the next day. It’s now almost 2 months later and I’ve received absolutely no tracking information or further updates about the mousepad — despite multiple follow-ups. My May 13 email was met with a generic response about delays, and since then, complete silence. The lack of communication and transparency is deeply frustrating. I expected better service, especially after having paid promptly and waited patiently. Still, nothing. If this doesn’t resolve immediately, I’ll continue sharing my experience to warn others. Sadly, I can’t recommend ATK to anyone at this point. — Zeeshan Ahmad
