Extremely disappointed with SEAGM.
Extremely disappointed with SEAGM. My friend made a top up on June 5, 2025, and payment was completed successfully. But today is June 23, and my friend have still not received any refund or proper update. He have provided all the necessary information, including bank details and even agreed to accept the refund as SEAGM credits, yet the only response he keep receiving is: "the case is still under checking" for over 18 days now. Back in 2024, he had a refund with the same product and payment method, and it was processed within one single day. Now? Total silence, no real progress, no professionalism. Im writing this review so others don’t go through the same frustrating experience. The amount might be small, but he paid for it. And it’s about principle and accountability.
