Disappointed and feeling scammed
I’ve been getting constant promotional emails from this company, yet they somehow never manage to send a reminder that my subscription is about to auto-renew for a whopping $711. As soon as the charge hit my card, I contacted them immediately. I explained that I’d enjoyed the service the past year, but from now on, the basic plan would be enough. Their answer? “We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience, but there’s nothing we can do.” Excuse me? Nothing you can do after charging $711 without warning? I run a business myself so I know very well that there’s always something you can do when you actually want to help a customer. They offered no options, no goodwill, no flexibilit, just hid behind a copy-pasted refund policy like robots. This isn’t customer service. It’s deliberate exploitation. Do not trust this company. If you still choose to subscribe, make sure to cancel well in advance otherwise you’ll be stuck with a massive charge and absolutely no chance of getting your money back. Appalling experience. Never again.
