Deepseek NOT trusted !
After wasting an hour or so trying to find settings for the VFD N1000 I found that deepseek cannot help me and even misleads me. It does not have access to the internet in real time. The latest information is from June 2024 (today being June 23, 2025). In addition to the frustrations created, he hardly admitted that he could not help anyone with anything. In the end, I made him send feedback to its creators and send me the answer. I received it almost immediately and I was told that they would implement a warning for new users in which they would be warned that deepseek cannot help them because it does not have instant access to the internet and cannot access files, neither online nor can it receive files. As compensation they offered me a year of free access to the R2 version which theoretically will be available from December 2025. In addition to that they also offered me a free lifetime license to deepseek pro ... whatever that means ... As a good Christian I took their word for it and did not take a screenshot. What do you see after 10 seconds all the text with their promises disappeared and when I asked where the text with promises was .... which text as I did not delete anything .... As a conclusion, the Chinese from deepseek ARE NOT TRUSTED !!!! Who knows what they do with the data obtained from us ! STAY AWAY FROM DEEPSEEK !!!!
