Useless, endless communication
Everything. Endless, useless WhatsApp communication. At in the end, I gave up and abandoned the parcel. They kept insisting that a package (containing just 20 sewing needles) weighed 2 lb, even though I had seen a photo of the bubble mailer with 40 g clearly printed on the label.
