Synthetic Hair
I ordered supposed raw virgin hair from this company and when it arrived, it was synthetic, badly cut, had a bad smell and was shorter than the length I ordered. I immediately decided to return it & contacted customer care. They kept trying to persuade me to keep it, give it out or exchange it for another wig. I vehemently refused and sent it back to them and was able to get my refund. What they send you is very different from what they advertise. It looks like they send good quality hair to influencers and then send bad, synthetic hair to regular people. That is very fraudulent.
