poor service, both responsiveness and understanding
I bought a Ninkear M8 mini PC with an AMD Ryzen 7 8745HS from a website that was well translated into German and seemed solid. The product arrived two days later and unfortunately didn't work because the power button was constantly being pressed due to a shifted circuit board, causing the mini PC to immediately shut down. After an hour of checking various troubleshooting options, I was finally able to locate and resolve the above-mentioned issue. Support only responded after three days and is now refusing the promised 30-day refund and return policy listed on the ninkear.com website. Likewise, a partial refund at the retail price has so far been refused, with repeated excuses and questions about whether I can request it from the retailer. As I said, the order was placed through ninkear.com, and the device is completely overpriced. Banggood is offering it €106 cheaper and may even be making a profit.
