They cancelled my stay out of spite
Booked through them, when paying it said a price of £256, so I paid. They took £293.20 out my account, I emailed them asking why this was and that it was wrong. They said they couldn’t investigate this situation, so I got the 37.20 back through an Amex charge back, then when I went to check in, agoda emailed the hotel to cancel my stay, leaving me without a place to stay. Would not recommend at all. I’m not one to write reviews but these have been useless in ever situation and only caused problems,
