Beware! Avoid this fraudulent site!
I placed an order on the Moongor website on Feb. 6, 2025 for 3 items for which I never received an order confirmation. I call them a week later asking for one, no response. I decide to cancel and file a dispute with my bank. Finally, on Mar. 25, I am sent 2 out of the 3 items which were nothing like what I ordered. I send them notice that I didn't want the items they sent since I already asked to cancel and besides, what they sent were nothing like what I ordered (including the 3rd one which finally arrived on Apr. 10). I pack the items and ask Moongor to send me a prepaid postage to mail the items on their expense. I never hear back. When they provide evidence to my bank that they've fulfilled the service showing evidence from the mailing service they used, my bank resolves the case in their favor. I'm still pursuing and demanding another review, but this is a bitter lesson for me. I have ordered from them years ago and had good experience, but not this time. I no longer trust them and will avoid them like the plague if I were you.
