Damon is Da Man!! After spending $500 Aud on a website theme. It turned out i out a typo in my email. After chatting to somebody for 30mins already with no outcome, I was almost tempted to request a refund, cancel my account and go buy a template somewhere. However, Damon was able to statt the chat, understand the issue and resolve it and kept me updated during the process.
