Weak magnets, silent support—avoid the MOFT Folding Case for iPad Pro 11" (M4 2024)
I bought the MOFT Folding Case for my iPad Pro 11" (M4 2024). Although the design concept is clever, the magnets are so weak that the iPad slid out of the shell during ordinary folding, hardly acceptable. I contacted MOFT support right away. They replied promptly, asking for a short video and confirmation that I had the correct model. I sent both the same day. Since then, despite three follow-up emails, no response. Because of this silence, the EU’s 14-day return window has now closed, leaving me with a risky, unusable case and no resolution in sight. Bottom line: Until MOFT strengthens the magnets and invests in customer support instead of influencer marketing, I recommend steering clear of this product to protect your iPad and your wallet.
