– Refund still missing after 2 months My Ryanair flight was cancelled, and Farera is responsible for handling my refund. I have been waiting for around two months. Farera told me on 18 June that they were actively following up with the airline and would immediately transfer the refund to me once they received the money. Despite this, I still have not received my refund. I contacted Ryanair and was told that the refund request had not been escalated/processed. Farera needs to explain where my refund currently stands and provide evidence that they have actually requested it from Ryanair. I have written communication and screenshots proving what they told me. Very disappointing customer service. I hope they resolve this immediately. I would use the second version. It’s strong without making accusations that you can’t prove. If you want, I can also  write a German version of the Google review, which may be more effective since you’re dealing with Farera in Germany.
