Outstanding Customer Service
Shipping was very fast on my order, and since I was not sure exactly which size to order I ordered both a medium and a large. The medium was the perfect size, and I didn’t even open the large one. Kurt, one of the companies owners, reached out to me by email shortly after my order arrived. I responded and asked how I could go about exchanging the large size for a medium size. Justine then contacted me and made that process so simple! Their customer service is amazing, the product works well to reduce knee pain from my torn meniscus, and I am very happy with my purchase!
