Deliberate fraud
On 30 April 2025 and 1 May 2025, I placed two fully paid orders (Order #3275348 and #3275412) worth ₹17,475.21 via Paytm UPI (Ref Nos: 284115702463, 284172400103). The products were shown as in stock and were confirmed by the seller. Despite this, no items were shipped. When contacted via email, the company initially responded citing stock quality issues and delays. On 29 May 2025, in response to my complaint via the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No. 7144037), they promised a full refund within 10–12 working days. However, to date, no refund has been issued and all communication has ceased. This behavior amounts to cheating and breach of trust. Further, I have found multiple similar complaints online against this company, indicating a pattern of deliberate fraud. They continue to operate and advertise online, misleading more customers.
