Avoid Moongor.com at All Costs! Terrible Experience!
I strongly urge everyone NOT to order anything from Moongor.com. The products I received were nothing like what was advertised online, completely misleading descriptions and poor quality. I made a purchase totaling $653.42 on January 24, 2025, and received the items on March 3, 2025. I returned $461.02 worth of items on March 7, 2025 within their return policy," even covering the international return shipping and duty fees out of my own pocket. Despite following all their return procedures, I have been waiting over three months for a refund. They’ve done nothing but give endless excuses and have tried to negotiate in circles to avoid issuing my refund. It’s been an exhausting and frustrating experience, and I feel completely scammed. Save yourself the time, money, and stress, DO NOT trust Moongor.com.
