Rapid Direct collaborative and responsive partner for prototyping and production
Rapid Direct has been very responsive, collaborative and easy to work with. Communication has been very good! Paying for the orders via Paypal is also very convenient and enabling. We hope Rapid Direct will continue to keep Paypal payment as an option in the future. We have been working with Rapid Direct on various projects for the past 2 years. The company truly strives to understand part requirements prior to quoting and making delivery commitments. Their analysis for manufacturing is good, thorough and very helpful. If there are deviations Rapid Direct is asking to approve them prior to quoting and if there deviations later due to manufacturing process from what was quoted, Rapid Direct communicates before shipping the parts to work out any issues. And very importantly, Rapid Direct works hard to address them. Part quality has been good so far and we plan to continue working with Rapid Direct in the future. Lead times, shipping and delivery have been reasonable.
