I had a very bad experience. I bought Yiicoong Cordless Blowers. When it arrived, there was no original box and manual. The machine worked very badly and was not as described in the advertisement. I emailed for a refund many times, but no one responded. The refund information on their company website was not true. Finally, they replied to my email saying that there would be no refund, only a gift vouch or a 20% refund. We do not approve of this practice, but their company has never responded to any message.
