I believe this is fraudulent
I believe this is fraudulent. I emailed the support team to cancel my subscription and it was ignored. Since then I have been charged for an extra two months for software I do not even use. The main reason I stopped using it is because the so called humanised tool does not work properly. Even after using it, my content was still flagged as AI. That alone feels misleading. Charging me after a clear cancellation request makes this worse. I am asking for a full refund immediately. If anyone has advice or can help me recover my money, please reach out. I would appreciate it.
