This company is the worst. They try everything in their power not to repair a machine. That is under factory warranty. You cannot speak to anybody with this company. Please do not buy anything from this company. The creality is the printer 3d printer. K 1 max is the model. Don't buy unless you are ready to work... These machines have issues issues that you better be good at tinkering to take small parts apart. The whole printer head to replace heating elements repeatedly place extruder motors with no support none.. Don't buy this company's equipment
