ITEMKU IS BIAS
I purchase a lot since before no issue only one time i got false advertisement which i asked the seller and the seller was arrogant and doesn't want refund, i raise it to a customer service but it is in favor of the seller because it was Indonesian and Itemku is mainly in Indonesia LOL customer service is really worst here. I can provide evidence but they didn't even ask for it, they just didn't let me put evidence and give a decision to cancel my refund right away because they are in favor of their sellers and not buyers. I purchase a lot ( multiple purchases since 2024 ) already in this website but its disappointing how you treat your buyers. THIS STORE IS A SCAMMER BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOGETHER WITH HIM ( i already saw a review here in trustpilot about this store (Julian Digital Store) but itemku dosent want to take action because they are with him ) "Julian Digital Store" UPDATE : Julian Digital Store already settle the issue and given me the correct product thank you
