I am being overcharged. My “principal” balance reflects the entire invoice; it should be reduced by the amount I paid directly to the merchant. Customer service tries to steer me to collect from the merchant, when they received the correct amount from LendingUSA, reflecting my cash payment. The BS “Loan Origination Fee” should also be reduced to reflect the lower principal. Predatory lender taking advantage of people in unexpected circumstances. Usury level interest rate for A+ credit.
