Repeated non replies from 'customer support'. Software doesn't work with smartphone jpegs, every time i choose any image to upscale at any resolution, i get the message 'file incompatible'. Useless & no customer support. Cancelled subscription & i was led to would be debited monthly, checked my bank account & the full year's subscription cost had been debited for a product that is useless to me. I asked for refund and of course - silence. Not a good look! Please AVOID
