I’ve had a terrible experience with trying to book accommodations with Monster group for over a year now. Scammed to purchase white glove services, pushed into destinations that I’m not even interested in, and taken money on a few occasions. I still haven’t gotten a chance to experience a vacation with them but I have wasted several hundreds of dollars trying to get accommodations. 0/10 I’ll never recommend to anyone!
