My opinion is divided here, it is amazing how the Plus 4 is the printer I have with most potential, the problem is that the one I got was a lemon...So far so good as issues do happen... But, The customer service was really bad in the beginning of our interaction, and that's why I gave 4 stars and not 5. They tried to blame me for the issues till I prove them it was the machine, they sent me all the parts needed in the end, but it took over a month of battle with them. I must say, despite this issue I had with this specific printer and the wrong initial approach of their customer service, the Plus 4 is the best printer I have for High Temp filaments, It does not shine when printing simple PLAs and PETGs, but if I do ABS, ASA, PC, PA, all GFs or CFs, it is simple amazing, and for that, I must say thank you Qidi for such great potential printer.
