They take the payment (in vietnam) on their pay ID and then nothing happens. After emailing them the following day to ensure the tickets were booked they then at 19.30 call the office number on the signature of the email to ensure they could pretend to have reacted. Next day they (after many more emails) call on mobile during lunch as they know then there is biggest chance of getting a foreigner alone so they can claim not to speak vietnamese. Only after 48 hours was it clear that the booking was not done. That i have to wait for 5 days for refund seems strange but not a disaster, but that a booking that is held for 2 hours is not confimred or commented for 48 hours is a joke. Use this company at your own risk. There is a fair chance that they systematically do the equivalent of front running so they only honor the bookings where they afterwards find cheaper price......whereas the ones they advertise are not actually there.................
